Turmeric ginger coconut milk latte: a frothy, dairy-free delight to cozy up with.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 packets stevia sweetener (such as Truvia®)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 fluid ounce brewed espresso
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, mix together coconut milk, vanilla extract, stevia sweetener, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon. Heat on medium for about 5 minutes until warm.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and froth the mixture using an immersion blender.
  • Pour rich, velvety espresso into a elegant serving mug, then crown it with a luscious frothed milk blend.
