Turtle Brownie Ice Cream Dessert

Decadent frozen treats with pecan-studded brownies, rich ice cream, and hot fudge topping.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 quarts (8 cups) dulce de leche ice cream, slightly softened
  • 1/2 cup Hershey’s® hot fudge topping, heated until warm
  • 1 cup Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously spray the bottom of a 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs until fully incorporated. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of pecans and evenly spread the mixture in the pan.
  • Bake for 15 to 17 minutes until the center is just set. Avoid overbaking. Let cool completely on a wire rack for about 45 minutes.
  • Dollop ice cream generously over brownies, then gently flatten using a spoon or rubber spatula. Freeze without covering until completely set, approximately 3 hours.
  • To present, elegantly drizzle hot fudge over dessert with a flick of your fork. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup pecans and allow it to rest for about 5 minutes at room temperature before slicing. Serve with a dollop of whipped topping on top.
