Indulgent Turtle Fudge Brownie Cups- Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Cups filled with fudge, caramel, pecans, and sea salt for a sweet-salty crunch. Perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (13.8 oz) Betty Crocker™ Ultimate Fudge Brownie Cups
  • Vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie cups box
  • 12 pecan halves
  • 2 tablespoons caramel topping
  • Sea salt, as desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Line 12 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups and coat with cooking spray. Soak the fudge filling pouch (from box) in a bowl of hot water (avoid microwaving the pouch); set aside.
  • Combine brownie mix, oil, and egg until thoroughly mixed and a thick batter forms. Use rounded tablespoonfuls to drop dough into each cup.
  • Bake for 14 to 16 minutes until brownies are cooked through and have set along the edges. Use a spoon to press down the center of each brownie to make a well. Let them cool completely in the pan.
  • Take the fully cooled brownie cups out of the pan. Soften the fudge filling pouch by squeezing it for 15 seconds, then cut off a 1/2-inch tip from the corner of the pouch. Squeeze approximately 2 teaspoons of fudge into each brownie cup and spread it evenly. Place one pecan half on top of each cup, followed by a drizzle of fudge topping from the box. Finally, using a spoon or fork, drizzle around 1/2 teaspoon of caramel topping on each cup.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt and keep in a sealed container at room temperature.
