Elevate dinner with a flavorful Progresso® soup!
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (1 lb) bulk Italian sausage
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper (1 large)
  • 1 cup chopped onion (1 large)
  • 2 cans (19 oz each) Progresso™ Vegetable Classics hearty tomato soup
  • 2 cans (19 oz each) Progresso™ cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
Instructions:
  • In a 4-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, sauté the sausage, bell pepper, and onion over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sausage is fully cooked.
  • Mix in the soups and beans and cook for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  • Garnish each portion with a generous sprinkle of cheese.
