Savor this quick and flavorful honey butter two-pepper chicken for a delightful dinner in 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb)
  • 1 tablespoon black peppercorns, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon white peppercorns, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions:
  • Press the peppercorns onto both sides of the chicken. Heat oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken in the hot oil for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping once, until the chicken's juices run clear when the thickest part is cut (170°F).
  • Combine butter and honey in a small bowl, then spread the honey butter on top of the chicken.
