Delicious Greek yogurt dip, perfect with meats, veggies, and pita bread. Adjust garlic to taste. Opa!
Ingredients:
  • 32 ounces plain yogurt
  • 1 large English cucumber, peeled and shredded
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
  • 0.25 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Cover a medium bowl with cheesecloth, then refrigerate the yogurt to strain for 6 hours or overnight.
  • Squeeze out any extra liquid from the cucumber and garlic.
  • Combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, and salt in a bowl. Stir until thick consistency is achieved.
