Refreshing Tzatziki salad with crisp cucumbers, creamy yogurt, fresh dill, and zesty seasoning. Perfect companion to spicy meals.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled, quartered lengthwise, then sliced
  • Plain yogurt, about 1 cup
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill, or a couple of teaspoons of fresh dill
  • Sprinkling of salt and pepper
Instructions:
  • Sample the cucumbers: Begin by sampling a slice of cucumber to ensure it is not bitter. If you detect bitterness, soak the slices in salted water for at least 30 minutes to reduce the taste. Rinse and drain before incorporating the cucumbers into the dish.
  • Prepare the salad by delicately tossing all the ingredients together, then season with salt and pepper to your liking.
