Ingredients:
  • 2 x 175g tubs natural no-fat yoghurt
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, deseeded, grated
  • 1 lemon, rind finely grated, juiced
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 2.40 gm salt
Instructions:
  • Mix together creamy yoghurt, refreshing cucumber, pungent garlic, zesty lemon rind, a splash of lemon juice, aromatic lemon pepper, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
