Try our magical unicorn popcorn for your next party – a colorful and fun treat!
Ingredients:
  • 82.50 ml popping corn
  • 180g block white chocolate, chopped
  • Rose pink food colouring
  • Blue food colouring
  • 1/4 tsp strawberry flavoured essence
  • 1/4 cup pink and orange Skittles Desserts
  • Pink sprinkles, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Prepare the popping corn according to the package instructions. Once popped, transfer to a spacious bowl, ensuring to remove any unpopped kernels. Allow the popcorn to cool completely.
  • Prepare a large baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds with a metal spoon until melted and smooth. Divide melted chocolate into two bowls. Tint 2⁄3 of the chocolate pale pink by adding strawberry essence and mixing well. Tint the remaining 1⁄3 of chocolate pale blue.
  • Efficiently pour pink chocolate over popcorn, stir thoroughly to ensure an even coat, spread onto tray, sprinkle with Skittles and sprinkles, drizzle with blue chocolate, then allow to cool completely.
  • Crack the popcorn into bite-sized pieces for a delightful presentation.
