Unicorn-inspired waffle cones filled with strawberry ice cream and dipped in white chocolate with colorful sprinkles.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.75 cup warm milk
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons multicolored candy sprinkles, or to taste
  • 3 cups strawberry ice cream
  • 1 cup raspberry sherbet
Instructions:
  • Preheat and lightly grease a standard round waffle iron.
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in one bowl. In another bowl, blend warm milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract, then incorporate into the flour mixture until smooth batter forms.
  • Place 1/2 cup of batter onto the hot waffle iron following the manufacturer's instructions, cooking for 2 to 4 minutes. Remove the waffle promptly, then shape it into a taco by wrapping it around a rolling pin. Let it cool to room temperature.
  • Combine white chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until smooth, for about 1 minute. Whisk mixture thoroughly.
  • Using the spatula handle, elegantly dip the exposed side of each waffle into the luscious white chocolate mixture.
  • Drizzle the sprinkles over the white chocolate-dipped section of the waffle, then fill with strawberry ice cream and raspberry sorbet.
