Create magical Unicorn Bark for a fun and easy Valentine's Day treat!
Ingredients:
  • 3 high-quality white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 0.5 (12 ounce) package pink candy melts
  • 0.25 (12 ounce) package turquoise candy melts
  • 0.5 cup mini marshmallows, or more as needed
  • 1 tablespoon multicolored candy sprinkles
  • 1/4 (8 ounce) package conversation heart candies
Instructions:
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Melt white chocolate in the microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 10 seconds until smooth.
  • Microwave candy melts in individual bowls, stirring after each 10-second interval until melted.
  • Spread the melted white chocolate on the baking sheet into a thick rectangle. Drop dollops of melted pink and blue candy on top. Swirl the colors with a spatula to create playful patterns.
  • While the chocolate is still melted, generously scatter marshmallows, sprinkles, and heart candies on top. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, which should take around 2 hours. Once set, break the bark into big, unique pieces.
