Indulgent chocolate-speckled vanilla pudding pie with a rich chocolate crust and a decadent chocolate syrup topping.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
  • 3 cups prepared vanilla pudding
  • 1.75 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 0.25 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions:
  • Beat the cream and vanilla until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the vanilla pudding mixture.
  • Fold in crushed chocolate wafers, then transfer the mixture into the prepared pie shell. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Before serving, optionally drizzle with chocolate syrup.
