Delicious fruit desserts for every celebration.
Ingredients:
  • 12 small frozen pastry cases
  • 62.50 ml mango, chopped
  • 62.50 ml strawberries, chopped
  • 200g mascarpone
  • 6.00 gm icing sugar mixture
  • 4.40 gm vanilla essence
Instructions:
  • Bake pastry cases following the instructions on the package, then allow to cool.
  • Mix the mango and strawberries together in a small bowl and let them sit aside.
  • Combine mascarpone, icing sugar, and vanilla essence in a bowl, gently stirring until mixed. Fill cooled pastry cases evenly with the mixture, then top with fruit before serving immediately.
