Indulge in a decadent vanilla ice cream made with cream, sugar, and vanilla extract - simple and delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups half-and-half cream
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, combine heavy cream and half-and-half. Whisk in sugar gradually until fully blended, then mix in vanilla. Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, for at least 3 hours or up to 3 days.
  • Take the mixture out of the refrigerator and whisk thoroughly. Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze for around 20 minutes following the manufacturer's guidelines. Once ready, transfer to a sealed container and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
