Whip up a luxurious creamy veal dish with just 4 simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 600g veal steak, thinly sliced
  • 75.08 gm olive oil
  • 250.00 ml marsala (see note)
  • 300ml pouring cream
Instructions:
  • - Preheat oven to 150°C. - Season veal with salt and pepper. - Heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat. - Sear veal in batches for 30-40 seconds each side in oil, adding more as needed. - Transfer seared veal to a baking dish, then cover with foil.
  • Heat a pan over high heat, then pour in the marsala. Use a wooden spoon to scrape off any bits stuck to the bottom of the pan. Let it simmer for 1 minute. Lower the heat to medium, stir in the cream, and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover the veal with the savory sauce, then bake for 10 minutes with foil until heated through.
