Create delicious meals with just four ingredients - perfect for busy days!
Ingredients:
  • 4 small green pears, peeled, quartered
  • 4 veal cutlets
  • 100g watercress sprigs, rinsed
  • 100g blue cheese, crumbled
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 190°C. Place the pear in a baking dish, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss to coat evenly. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Gently flip the pear over, then nestle the veal in the dish. Lower the oven temperature to 180°C and bake for 15 minutes. Remove any extra liquid from the dish and continue baking for 10 more minutes, or until the pear is golden and the veal is cooked through.
  • Place slices of ripe pear, tender veal, and fresh watercress on individual serving plates. Generously sprinkle creamy blue cheese on top before finishing with a perfect pinch of salt and pepper.
