Indulge in a delicious vegan blueberry crisp using fresh, ripe blueberries for the perfect dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup vegan mayonnaise (such as Vegenaise®)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Spread a layer of blueberries in a square 8-inch baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, combine flour, white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix in vegan mayonnaise until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the berries.
  • Place in the warm oven and bake until the filling is bubbling and the top is golden brown, around 35 to 40 minutes.
