Vegan hot chocolate

Indulge in velvety vegan hot chocolate using your favorite dairy-free milk for a rich and creamy treat!
Ingredients:
  • 500ml (2 cups) almond milk
  • 20.00 gm cocoa powder, sifted, plus extra to serve
  • 50g dairy-free vegan milk chocolate, chopped
  • 20.00 gm caster sugar
  • 5.00 gm cornflour, sifted
  • Coconut yoghurt, to serve
  • Toasted flaked coconut, to serve
  • Original Oreo’s, halved, to serve (see notes)
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, combine milk, cocoa, chocolate, sugar, and cornflour. Stir over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened.
  • Divide the hot chocolate between two glasses, then garnish with coconut yogurt, flaked coconut, and serve with an Oreo cookie on the side.
