Indulgent vegan hot chocolate with almond milk, and creamy peanut butter in just 3 simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegan chocolate chips (such as Enjoy Life®)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter (such as PB2®)
  • fat-free whipped cream (optional)
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, gently simmer almond milk, chocolate chips, and powdered peanut butter over medium heat. Stir constantly until chocolate chips are melted and peanut butter powder is fully mixed in.
  • Transfer the mixture into a mug and add a dollop of fat-free whipped cream on top, if preferred.
