Indulgent vegan peanut butter brownies made with soy milk and canola oil, loved by vegans and non-vegans alike.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.33333334326744 cup canola oil
  • 0.33333334326744 cup soy milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, combine sugar, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and creamy. Mix in flour and cocoa powder, then add canola oil and soy milk, stirring until the batter is moist, crumbly, and stiff. Spread the batter into the baking dish using your hands or a spoon.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes, or until the top is dry and the edges begin to pull away from the sides of the pan.
