Wholesome vegan green smoothie with kale, mango, pineapple, banana, and almond-coconut milk - perfect for the whole family, including kids!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup almond-coconut milk, or more if needed
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
Instructions:
  • In a high-performance blender like Vitamix®, blend kale, mango, pineapple, 1 cup almond-coconut milk, banana, chia seeds, and flax seed until smooth. Adjust thickness by adding more coconut milk beverage if needed.
