Try these vegan pumpkin pie blondies for a delicious and easy dessert option with all the flavors of pumpkin pie. Guaranteed to impress!
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 3.5 tablespoons canola oil
Instructions:
  • Collect all of the required ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
  • In a bowl, combine sifted flour, white sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Mix in pumpkin puree, canola oil, and vanilla extract until a thick batter forms. Transfer batter to the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake in the oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
  • Allow the freshly baked treat to cool to room temperature before slicing into 1 1/2-inch squares.
