Get kids excited to make cute vegan pumpkin waffles together.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 0.5 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together almond milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, and vanilla extract. Add flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and nutmeg and stir until fully combined.
  • Preheat a 4-inch mini waffle iron as directed by the manufacturer. Pour in approximately 2 tablespoons of batter per waffle and cook until golden brown, around 5 minutes.
