Vegan spinach artichoke dip, perfect for parties. Enjoy warm with crackers or baguette slices.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) tub almond cream cheese alternative spread
  • 0.25 cup coconut yogurt
  • 0.66666668653488 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 0.5 cup vegan shredded Parmesan-style cheese
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 0.25 cup shredded vegan mozzarella-style cheese
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix vegan cream cheese and coconut yogurt until well combined. Stir in spinach, vegan Parmesan, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Gently fold in artichoke hearts and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Coat an 8x8-inch oven-safe baking dish with a touch of olive oil, then spread the spinach mixture evenly. Sprinkle with vegan mozzarella on top.
  • Place in the heated oven and bake until the cheese starts to brown, approximately 25 minutes. Take out of the oven and enjoy while warm.
