Vegan spin on classic spinach artichoke dip for a crowd-pleasing party favorite.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) container cream cheese-style spread (such as Kite Hill™), room temperature
  • 0.5 (6 ounce) package fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan-style vegan cheese (such as Follow Your Heart®)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine the artichoke hearts, cream cheese spread, spinach, flour, garlic salt, thyme, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl, blending them into a delicious mixture.
  • Grease a spacious nonstick baking pan using cooking spray, then spread the artichoke mixture evenly in the pan.
  • Bake until the center is perfectly heated and the dip is bubbling, approximately 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Generously dust the dip with Parmesan-style cheese.
