Indulgent vegan chocolate wacky cake topped with frosting or ice cream.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.33333334326744 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease an 8-inch round baking dish.
  • In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth for about 1 minute, then pour the batter into a baking dish.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool on a wire rack for 1 hour before removing from the baking dish.
