Steam tilapia fillets with onion, celery, carrots, bell peppers, and Greek seasoning for a tasty, easy meal.
Ingredients:
  • 6 tilapia fillets
  • 4 stalks celery, halved lengthwise and crosswise
  • 1 cup fresh baby carrots
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 0.5 red onion, sliced
  • 1 pinch Greek seasoning, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) and generously oil a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  • Lay tilapia fillets on baking sheet. Top with celery, carrots, bell pepper, and red onion. Season with Greek seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cover with foil and seal edges.
  • Cook the fish in the preheated oven until it easily flakes with a fork, approximately 20 minutes.
