Cheesy broccoli casserole baked with creamy mushroom sauce and crunchy breadcrumb topping, ready in just an hour!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup processed cheese sauce
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup bread crumbs
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine broccoli, mayonnaise, processed cheese, eggs, and mushroom soup in a 4 quart casserole dish. Mix thoroughly, then sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake for 1 hour.
