Grilled bacon-wrapped venison bites stuffed with creamy cheese and spicy jalapeños offer a unique and flavorful twist on cooking venison.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 pound venison tenderloin
  • 3 tablespoons zesty Italian dressing
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 0.25 cup cream cheese
  • 12 slices pickled jalapeno peppers
  • 0.5 teaspoon seasoning salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Slice the venison tenderloin into 12 long strips. Coat with Italian dressing and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Take a slice of venison and layer it on top of a slice of bacon. Add a teaspoon of cream cheese and a slice of jalapeño at one end. Roll it up and secure with a skewer. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle wraps with seasoning salt to taste.
  • Grill wraps over high heat for 10 minutes, then flip and cook until bacon is crispy.
