Delicious and vibrant smoothie bursting with flavor and anti-inflammatory properties.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted
  • 0.75 cup fresh strawberries
  • 0.75 cup seedless red grapes
  • 0.5 cup frozen blueberries
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground turmeric
Instructions:
  • Combine almond milk, cherries, strawberries, grapes, blueberries, and turmeric in a high-speed blender like Vitamix®.
  • Secure the lid tightly and start blending on low speed. Gradually increase to high speed. Blend for 30 to 45 seconds until smooth.
