Transform donuts into a delightful Very Berry breakfast with raspberry lemonade yogurt, fresh blueberries, and light dairy options for a guilt-free indulgence.
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/4 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup fat-free (skim) milk
  • 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Light Fat Free raspberry lemonade yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free (skim) milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 to 3 drops red food color
  • Decorator candy sprinkles, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325°F and generously spray 24 mini doughnut cups with cooking spray.
  • Combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Add the eggs, 1 cup of milk, and yogurt, then gently mix in the blueberries. Fill each doughnut cup 3/4 full with the batter.
  • Bake the doughnuts for 7 to 8 minutes, until they're puffed and the edges separate from the pan. Then, remove them from the pan and let them cool completely on a rack for about 30 minutes.
  • Prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon of milk, and vanilla until smooth. Add food color to achieve a pale pink tint. Dip the top of each doughnut into the glaze, sprinkle with candy sprinkles, and allow the glaze to set before serving.
