Indulgent cranberry-chocolate chip cookies packed with fiber-rich oat bran. Pure bliss!
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 0.125 cup honey
  • 0.125 cup butter
  • 0.125 cup natural peanut butter
  • 0.5 banana, mashed
  • 0.625 cup whole wheat flour
  • 0.125 cup oat bran
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch pumpkin pie spice
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Combine brown sugar, honey, butter, and peanut butter in a medium bowl until smooth. Add banana and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix whole wheat flour, oat bran, oats, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth. Stir in cranberries, chocolate chips, and sunflower seeds. Drop spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.
  • Bake until cookies are lightly browned at the edges, about 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven.
