Ingredients:
  • 4 egg yolks, at room temperature
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) sweetened condensed milk
  • 500.00 ml strong black coffee, hot
Instructions:
  • Beat egg yolks and condensed milk together in a small bowl with an electric whisk attachment until pale and creamy, about 10 minutes.
  • Divide coffee evenly between two cups, then elegantly pour the mixture over a spoon into each cup. Serve promptly.
