Make a silky, meringue-like fluff by combining egg yolk and sweetened condensed milk. Drizzle over coffee for a Vietnamese specialty treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup hot strong coffee
Instructions:
  • Combine the egg yolk and condensed milk in a tall jar, then use a milk frother to whip until soft peaks form.
  • Fill a mug with hot coffee and generously crown it with frothed milk.
