Transform leftover turkey into delicious Vietnamese rolls for the family.
Ingredients:
  • 4 crusty long white rolls
  • 61.88 gm whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 375.00 ml shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 150g roast turkey, thinly sliced or shaved
  • 1/2 medium carrot, peeled, cut into matchsticks
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, deseeded, cut into matchsticks
  • 68.75 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 125.00 ml fresh coriander leaves
Instructions:
  • Slice bread rolls horizontally without cutting all the way through. Spread the bottom of the roll with mayonnaise, layer with lettuce, turkey, carrot, and cucumber, then drizzle with sweet chili sauce and garnish with coriander. Serve and enjoy!
