Succulent scallops and shrimp accompany crisp bell peppers and red onion in a delightful salad drizzled with Marie's® Garlic Parmesan Italian Vinaigrette.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup Marie's® Garlic Parmesan Italian Vinaigrette
  • 2 pounds cooked seafood (bay scallops and small shrimp)
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped, or more to taste
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag prepared assorted greens
Instructions:
  • Mix the first six ingredients until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Arrange assorted greens on a plate, top with shrimp and scallop mixture, and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro, if desired.
  • Enjoy this dish cold, and present it with an extra drizzle of Marie's Garlic Parmesan Italian Vinaigrette on the side.
