Quick and slightly less sweet twist on classic pecan pie.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup margarine, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 0.75 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 prepared 8 inch pie crust
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine sugar and margarine in a large bowl, then mix in eggs, vanilla, and vinegar. Fold in pecans and transfer the mixture into the pie shell.
  • Place in a preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is firm.
