2eggs
2cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose or whole wheat flour
1tablespoonsugar
4teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoonsalt
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 cupvegetable oil or melted butter

Preheat waffle maker so the batter crisps up on the hot grids, just like perfect pancakes.
Whisk eggs in a large bowl until fluffy for delicious fluffy waffles.
Combine all the remaining ingredients, except the berries, and mix until smooth.
Pour a generous amount of batter onto the center of the hot waffle maker and close the lid. If your waffle maker isn't nonstick, consider lightly brushing it with vegetable oil or melted butter as needed. Remember to refer to your waffle maker's manual for specific batter quantities.
Bake for approximately 5 minutes or until the steaming subsides, ensuring a perfect golden-brown waffle.
Remove the waffle gently to reveal its golden brown perfection.
Garnish with fresh berries and syrup before serving. Repeat with the rest of the batter. Serve immediately.
