Ingredients:
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.75 cups milk
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat waffle iron following manufacturer's guidelines.
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs until they are light and fluffy. Incorporate flour, milk, and vegetable oil, stirring until well combined. Add sugar and gently fold in baking powder, salt, and vanilla until the batter is smooth, making sure not to overmix.
  • Prepare the waffle iron by spraying it with nonstick spray. Then, pour the batter onto the hot waffle iron and cook until golden brown and the steaming stops, usually within 3 to 5 minutes.
