Wagon Wheel brownie squares

Enhance Wagon Wheel slice with decadent brownie layer and luxurious chocolate drizzle.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pkts 190g Wagon Wheel Minis
  • 140g (2/3 cup, firmly packed) brown sugar
  • 190 butter, chopped
  • 270g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 50g (1/3 cup) plain flour, sifted
  • 40g (1/4 cup) self-raising flour, sifted
  • 30g (1/4 cup) dark cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven as directed and prepare the square cake pan by greasing and lining it with overhanging baking paper. Arrange 12 Wagon Wheels in the pan, making sure they fit.
  • In a heatproof bowl, mix together the sugar, 150g of butter, and 120g of chocolate. Microwave on High for 1-2 minutes until melted and smooth.
  • In a large bowl, mix the flours and cocoa together and create a well in the center. Add the eggs and chocolate mixture, then whisk until smooth. Pour the batter over the base and bake for 40-45 minutes until a skewer comes out with a few crumbs. Allow to cool completely in the pan.
  • In a heatproof bowl, combine the rest of the butter and chocolate. Microwave on High for 1-2 minutes until smooth and melted.
  • Cut the brownie into 16 squares and the remaining Wagon Wheels into quarters. Drizzle each brownie square with chocolate topping and garnish with a Wagon Wheel quarter.
