Easy Walnut Pie with a moist, cake-like texture.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) for optimal baking conditions.
  • Cream together the butter and sugar in a medium bowl until fluffy. Mix in the egg yolks and vanilla, then add the flour and evaporated milk. Fold in the chopped walnuts and pour the filling into the pie shell.
  • Simply bake until golden brown in the preheated oven for 60 minutes.
