Ingredients:
  • 500g Pork Mince
  • 40.00 ml Moroccan seasoning
  • 4 plums, halved, stoned
  • 120g pkt Spinach & Red Beetroot Leaves
  • 4 radishes, trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 2 carrots, cut into ribbons
  • 18.20 gm olive oil, extra
  • 13.60 gm maple syrup
  • 20.00 ml white wine vinegar
  • Coles Bakery Stone Baked White Sourdough Vienna, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix the mince and Moroccan seasoning, then season to taste. Shape the pork mixture into 20 patties, gently flattening each.
  • Preheat a chargrill pan over medium heat. Brush the patties and plum halves with oil. Grill the patties for 4 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Transfer the patties to a plate. Grill the plum halves cut-side down for 3 minutes until charred. Remove from heat.
  • In a large bowl, mix the patties, plum, salad leaves, radish, and carrot. In a small bowl, whisk together the extra oil, maple syrup, and vinegar. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat. Divide the salad among serving bowls and serve with bread.
