Create pork steaks with cozy cabbage and bean salad using only 6 ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 550g pork medallion
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 250g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 green cabbage, shredded
  • 420g can four bean mix, drained, rinsed
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 62.50 ml chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat a greased chargrill or barbecue plate over medium-high heat. Season pork with salt and pepper, then cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add tomatoes and cook until they collapse, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add cabbage and cook until just wilted, about 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in beans, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper. Combine everything well before serving.
  • Present the pork alongside a refreshing cabbage and bean salad.
