Delicious warm fruit dessert, ideal for a post-dinner treat.
Ingredients:
  • 20g (1 tbsp) butter or margarine
  • 32.00 gm brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 80mls (1/3 cup) thickened cream
  • 3 tangelos, peeled, segmented
  • 2 mandarins, peeled, segmented
Instructions:
  • In a medium frying pan over medium-low heat, melt the butter or margarine. Stir in the brown sugar and cardamom, continuously stirring for 1-2 minutes until the sugar dissolves. Mix in the cream until fully combined, then add the tangelo and mandarin segments. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes until the segments are warmed through.
