Award-winning S'mores Bar: Gooey marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers baked to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 3 cups milk chocolate chips (18 oz)
  • 4 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, combine the cookie mix and crumbs. Mix in the melted butter until a soft dough forms. Press the mixture into an ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
  • Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until firm. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the warm crust. Allow to sit for 3 to 5 minutes until the chocolate starts to melt, then spread it evenly over the crust.
  • Preheat broiler. Sprinkle marshmallows over melted chocolate and broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 20 to 30 seconds until toasted. (Watch closely as marshmallows will brown quickly.) Let cool for 10 minutes, then cut into 6 rows by 4 rows for bars. Serve warm and store any leftovers tightly covered.
