Indulge in warm Brie topped with toasted almonds, figs, and sweet brown sugar. Delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) round 4 1/4-inch diameter round Brie cheese
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 6 fresh figs, stemmed and quartered
  • 0.5 cup toasted almonds
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 C), then elegantly place the Brie in a round baking dish.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt brown sugar in water until fully dissolved. Add figs and vanilla; cook until softened, around 10 minutes. Mix in almonds and vanilla, then drizzle the mixture over the Brie.
  • Roast in the oven until tender but not too soft, about 10-15 minutes.
