Quick and elegant gourmet dessert ready in under 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 200g plain country-style yoghurt
  • 0.63 gm mixed spice
  • 300g black grapes or purple grapes, stems removed
  • 4 large figs, thickly sliced
  • 28.60 gm honey
  • 16.00 gm brown sugar
  • Pinch mixed spice, extra
Instructions:
  • Heat the grill on high.
  • Mix yoghurt with the mixed spice and set aside. Arrange grapes and figs in a shallow heatproof dish. Drizzle with honey and evenly sprinkle with brown sugar and extra mixed spice. Place dish under preheated grill for 3-5 minutes or until sugar melts. Serve fruit with the spiced yoghurt.
