Whip up a simple and comforting warm bean dip to satisfy hungry family members while you finish preparing the meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can great northern beans, drained
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin, or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice, or more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, blend garlic until minced. Add beans, cumin, lime juice, and salt; pulse for 5 to 10 seconds until mixture is thoroughly combined.
  • While the food processor is running, drizzle in the olive oil through the opening until the mixture turns creamy, which should take around 20 seconds. Then, transfer the mixture to a microwave-safe serving bowl.
  • Microwave on high for 30 seconds until hot.
