Transform pulled pork and tortilla chips into irresistible nachos with wasabi sour cream, coleslaw mix, and melted Cheddar cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18 ounce) package tortilla chips
  • 0.5 pound cooked pulled pork
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 0.5 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage with carrot
  • 0.25 cup sliced green onion
  • 0.25 cup snipped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and lay out the chips on a foil-lined 10x15-inch baking sheet.
  • Combine pork, soy sauce, and five-spice powder in a bowl. Sprinkle pork mixture over chips and top with Cheddar cheese.
  • Simply bake until the cheese is gooey and the pork is heated through, approximately 5 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Combine sour cream, water, and wasabi paste in a small bowl and mix well.
  • Sprinkle coleslaw mix, green onion, and cilantro over the nachos. Drizzle with creamy wasabi sauce.
