Whip up our crowd-pleasing crunchy noodle salad with zesty wasabi pork in a quick 17 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2-3 tsp Wasabi Paste, to taste, plus 1/2 tsp, extra
  • 40.00 ml mint jelly
  • 5.30 gm soy sauce
  • 500g pork fillet, cut in half
  • 300g pkt Asian-style Coleslaw kit with dressing
  • 1 mango, thinly sliced
  • 100g Crunchy Noodles
  • Sliced chilli, to serve
  • Fresh mint sprigs, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat a barbecue grill or flat plate, lightly spray with oil. In a glass or ceramic bowl, mix wasabi, mint jelly, and soy sauce. Add pork and coat well in the mixture. Season with pepper.
  • Grill the pork for 3-4 minutes on each side. Then, place it on a plate, cover it with foil, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Arrange the salad mix on individual serving plates and generously garnish with the sweet mango slices. Whisk together the zesty dressing from the Asian coleslaw kit with a touch of extra wasabi in a small bowl for a flavor-packed dressing.
  • Place the thinly sliced pork on the salads and drizzle with the zesty wasabi dressing. Sprinkle the crunchy noodles, chilli, and fresh mint to finish.
